Economic Development Incentive Program Clarification

Mr. deMacedo moves to amend the amendment by striking out section 33 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

"SECTION 33. Chapter 287 of the acts of 2014 is hereby amended by striking out section 125 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

Section 125. Sections 46, 48, 61, and 63 shall take effect on January 1, 2024.”
