Sustainable Housing

Messrs. Tarr and Pacheco move to amend the amendment by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

"Section: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the department may award funds for projects involving energy efficiency, sustainability, climate adaptation and resiliency"
