The committee on Bills in the Third Reading recommends that the bill be amended The committee on Bills in the Third Reading, to whom was referred the Engrossed Bill establishing a garden of peace trust fund (see Senate, No. 2372) , which was returned by His Excellency the Governor pursuant to Article LVI with recommendation of amendment specified by him,

Reports recommending that the amendment recommended by His Excellency the Governor be considered in the following form:

By striking out, in line 5, the words “the existing balance held by” and inserting in place thereof the words “any monies authorized by a court to be transferred to the fund from”.
