Amendment #11 to S2375

Teaching of Civil Rights Movements

Mr. Lewis of Framingham moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 4, in line 44, by inserting after "populations;" the following:

"the civil rights movements for historically marginalized and disenfranchised groups, including but not limited to, women, racial and ethnic minorities, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities, and immigrants;"
