Low income districts

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 1 in line 7 after “social science curriculum framework” by adding the following: “at least fifty (50) percent of the funding from the Civics Project Fund will be distributed to districts with at least forty (40) percent of students as being economically disadvantaged.”
