Amendment 1

State Licensure Penalties

Mr. Brownsberger moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new sections:-

SECTION X. Section 13 of Chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out lines 42 to 81, inclusive.

SECTION XX. Section 61 of Chapter 112 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out lines 82 to 123, inclusive.
