Corrective Amendment

Ms. Spilka moves to amend the bill in section 3, by inserting after the word “receiving”, in line 54, the following words:- “or soliciting”; and              in said section 3, by inserting after the word “finance”, in line 62, the following word:- “postsecondary”; and in said section 3, by striking out, in lines 74 to 76, inclusive, the words “operating subsidiaries where each owner of the operating subsidiary is wholly owned by the same bank or credit union” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “nonprofit institutions of higher education”; and

in said section 3, by inserting after the word “business”, in line 91, the following words:- “has been conducted and”.
