Exempted Lease Period

Mr. Humason moves to amend the amendment in line 5 by striking out the words “1 day in 5 separate months or less” and inserting in place thereof the following:-  “21 days” and by inserting in line 86 after the word “leases” the following:- “; and (ix) on a transient accommodation which is occupied for less than 21 days in a calendar year”.
