Mandatory Collection

Mr. Moore moves to amend the amendment in section 4, in lines 206 through 221 inclusive, by striking section 13(c) in its entirety, and inserting in place thereof the following:-

"The commissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations for assessing, reporting, collecting, remitting and enforcing the room occupancy excise pursuant to this section."
