Business Expenses

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the amendment by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

"SECTION. Any operator who operates a transient accommodation shall be able to deduct any necessary business and trade expense as established under section 1(c) , 2 (c)(1), 2(e)(1)(2), 6F(2), (3) of Chapter 62"
