Excise application threshold

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the amendment by striking in lines 5-6 the following:-"at least 1 day in 5 separate months or less in the taxable year" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"at least cumulatively 7 days in 3 separate months in the taxable year" and by inserting in line 86 after the word “leases” the following:-“;and (ix) on a transient accommodation which is occupied for less than a cumulative 7 days in 3 separate months in the taxable year”.
