Anti-Discrimination

Mr. Boncore and Ms. Chang-Diaz move to amend the amendment in section 2, in proposed chapter 64G of the General Laws, by adding the following section:-

“Section 6A. No person subject to this chapter shall engage in an unlawful practice under section 4 of chapter 151B.”.
