Technical Amendment

Ms. Spilka moves to amend the amendment in section 3, by inserting after the words “obtains the”, in line 12, the following word:- “prior”; and

by inserting after the word “discloses”, in line 14, the following words:- “, prior to obtaining the consumer’s consent,”; and

by striking out, in line 17, the word “credit” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “consumer”; and

by striking out, in line 18, the words “for purpose of the extension of credit”.
