Proper identification

Mr. Rodrigues moves to amend the amendment in section 11, by inserting after the word “minutes”, in line 48, the following words:- “after receiving proper identification”;

And moves to further amend the bill, in section 17, by inserting after the word “request”, in line 85, the following words:-  “and proper identification”.
