Further Amendment 2.2

Special Education Circuit Breaker

Mr. Rodrigues moves to further amend amendment #2 by striking further amendment 2.1 in its entirety and adding the following to the end of amendment #2:-

The department of elementary and secondary education shall issue a report on special education circuit breaker funding.  The report shall include an analysis of projections for the required fiscal year 2018 funding level to provide the full reimbursement as required by law and review of enrollment and funding factors that changed the anticipated funding level. The report shall be filed with the clerks of the house of representatives and the senate no later than June 30, 2018.
