Life Science Incubator

Messrs. O'Connor and Keenan move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0015, by adding the following:-

"provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended on the design, planning, construction, and development of a public private partnership life science incubator facility to support early-stage company growth through affordable spaces dedicated to life sciences companies, advanced bio-manufacturing, and scientific innovation to be located at Union Point in the City known as the Town of Weymouth"; and

in said section 2, in said item 7002-0015 by striking out the figure “$462,970,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$467,970,000”
