Deadline for issuance of 2050 emissions reduction plan

Messrs. Barrett, Eldridge and Pacheco move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting the following section:-

SECTION X.  The 2050 emission reduction plan required pursuant to subsection (h) of section 4 of chapter 21N of the General Laws shall be developed following public hearings and shall be issued not later than December 31, 2025.
