Reporting on convictions

Messrs. Tarr and Cyr move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 1, by striking out, in line 110, the words “and (iii)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(iii) the number of enforcement actions taken under this chapter in the preceding 12 months, to the extent feasible; and (iv)”.
