Marine Ivory

Mr. Cyr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting, after line 70, the following subsection:-

“(d) nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the sale, purchase or possession of ivory, horn, bone or tooth derived from marine mammals including but not limited to whale tooth, whale bone and walrus ivory.”
