Mr. Montigny moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2000-7072, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $700,000 shall be expended for recreational and capital facility improvements for the state park at Fort Phoenix in the Town of Fairhaven"
