Improvements to Ipswich River Park in the Town of North Reading

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in line item 2000-7072 by adding at the end thereof the following:-"provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for improvements to Ipswich River Park in the Town of North Reading;"
