Scituate Seawalls

Mr. O'Connor moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2000-7073, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended  for the construction, purchase or repair of seawalls, jetties and wave attenuation devices in the town of Scituate".
