Bay Coast Rowing Center

Mr. Rodrigues moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in line item 2000-2072 by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

"; provided further, that no less than $300,000 shall be expended to Bay Coast Rowing Center, Inc. for the refurbishment and upgrade of an existing boat house building to house a community boating program in the city of Fall River"
