Pump House Removal

Mr. Humason moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in line item 2200-7022, by adding the following words:- "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the removal of the pump house at the Lower Mill Pond in the city of Easthampton; provided further, that not less than $600,000 shall be expended for engineering, planning, construction and related infrastructure for storm water drainage management at Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport".
