Merrimack & Shawsheen River Access Project

Ms. L'Italien moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in line item 2800-7014, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the Merrimack and Shawsheen river access project in the town of Andover".
