Expanding Greenscapes

Ms. L'Italien moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in line item 2890-7034, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for expanding greenscapes within the five corners area of the city of Lawrence".
