Mr. Humason moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in line item 2890-7034, by adding the following words:-"provided further, that not less than $800,000 shall be expended for the completion of the downtown corridor phase of the Columbia Greenway project in the city of Westfield; provided further, that $850,000 shall be expended for the construction of a bike path in the town of Southampton".
