Removing uncertainty from rules governing which offenses make a petitioner ineligible for a bodywork license

Mr. Brownsberger moves to amend the bill by replacing the words "crime involving moral turpitude for the 10" with "felony for the seven" each time they appear in lines 106 and 121.
