Notification

Ms. O'Connor Ives and Mr. O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended in section 90 by adding the following:-

"SECTION 1. Section 35 of chapter 123 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “harm” in line 59 the following words:- and provided that the superintendent has provided notification to the committing court and the petitioner.

SECTION 2. Said Section 35 is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “court” in line 67 the following words:- and the petitioner."
