Representation on the Board of Registration in Nursing

Mr. Timilty moves that the proposed new text be amended in SECTION 7 by striking in line 70 “11” and inserting in place thereof “12” and in SECTION 9 by striking in line 78 :- “the following 4” and inserting in place thereof :- “the following 5” and at the end by inserting :- “(8) 1 registered nurse who has successfully completed the substance abuse rehabilitation program for nurses.”
