Board of Nursing for Advanced Practice Seats

Mr. Pacheco moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following section:-

SECTION _. Section 13 of chapter 13 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the word “17” and replacing it with the word “20”;

and by striking subsection (c)(2) of said chapter 13 and replacing it with the following section:-

"(2) five registered nurses in advanced practice, representing each clinical category of advanced practice, each of whom must meet requirements for authorization as a registered nurse in advanced practice as established by the board, at least three of whom is employed providing direct patient care at the time of appointment;"
