Marijuana Use for Pain Management

Ms. L'Italien moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following new section:-

SECTION XX.  No employee of any company in the Commonwealth may be fired for using recreational or over-the-counter marijuana as an alternative to opioid pain medication.
