Ms. Gobi moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7002-1120, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that $4,000,000 shall be expended for new construction of 4,500 lineal feet of Riverside Drive with accompanying infrastructure as a public way within the Ludlow Mills complex in the town of Ludlow”.
