Ms. L'Italien moves to amend the bill in Section 2A in line item 7002-1120, by adding at the end the following:- “and provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended to fund infrastructure improvements at the Victor Drive and Main Street intersection in the town of Tewksbury"
