Economic Development in Gloucester

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in line item 7002-1120, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the design, and construction of a seafood test kitchen in the city of Gloucester; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the planning, design and construction of an archives facility in the city of Gloucester; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for dockage and other facilities for the accommodation of transient boaters and other improvements at the Gloucester harbormaster’s office in the city of Gloucester”.
