Ms. L'Italien moves to amend the bill in Section 2A in line item 7002-1120, by adding at the end thereof following:-  "provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended to fund site assessment, master planning and demolition at Merrimack Paper in the city of Lawrence; and provided further that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to fund repairs and rehabilitation of Museum Square Parking Garage in the city of Lawrence."
