Merrimack River Tourism

Ms. L'Italien moves to amend the bill in Section 2A in line item 7002-1120, by adding at the end the following:- “and provided further, that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended to fund river tourism and road construction along the Merrimack River to support economic development in the area"
