Shawsheen Square Infrastructure

Ms. L'Italien moves to amend the bill in Section 2A in line item 7002-1120, by adding at the end the following:- “and provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended to fund Economic Development & infrastructure improvements along Rt. 133 and Shawsheen Square in the town of Andover"
