High Speed Internet Access

Mr. Cyr moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7002-1120, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for OpenCape Corporation to expand fiber optic cable in the village of Hyannis in the town of Barnstable; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for the town of Provincetown to expand access to broadband internet in the town”.
