Messrs. Rush, O'Connor, Tarr, Rodrigues and Timilty move to amend the bill in section 2A in item 7002-1120 by adding the following:-  "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be provided to the Commissioning Committee for expenses associated with the September 2018 Commissioning of the USS Thomas Hudner."
