Montachusett Regional Transit Authority

Ms. Gobi moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2E, in item 1595-6370, by adding the following:- “provided, that not less than $250,000 shall be provided to the Montachusett regional transit authority for the so-called “Athol-Orange shuttle”, the Community Transit Services successor service, to maintain current transportation service in Athol and Orange; provided further that the Montachusett regional transit authority continue the agreement executed by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation as authorized by Chapter 133 of the Acts of 2016;”
