Blackstone Culvert Replacement

Mr. Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2E, in item 1595-6368, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the replacement of a failing culvert in the town of Blackstone”
