Length and Extensions of Lease Terms and Agreements

Mr. Brownsberger moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section ___, the following new sections:-

SECTION ___. Section 35 of chapter 7C of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 11 and 12, the words "a term not exceeding 10 years" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- an initial term not exceeding 10 years with two 5-year extensions.

SECTION __. Section 35A of said chapter 7C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out subsection (b).
