Rest Homes Rate Assistance

Mr. Brownsberger moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4408-1000, by adding at the end thereof the following: “provided that not less than $2,000,000 be expended for the purpose of rate increases for rest homes"; and in said item, by striking out the figures "$78,551,740" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$80,551,740"
