Rest Homes Federal Waiver

Mr. Brownsberger moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section __, the following new section:-

"SECTION __.  The executive office of health and human services shall apply for a waiver with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to obtain federal reimbursement for care provided to residents of rest homes."
