Mr. Boncore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0205, at the end thereof, by inserting the following new words:- "; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for a federally qualified community health center with a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week emergency department licensed as a satellite emergency facility under 105 CMR 130".
