Mr. Timilty moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding at the end thereof the following: “provided that $25,000 shall be expended for the Sharon Substance Prevention and Resource Coalition”; and in said item, by striking out the figure “129,675,888“ and inserting in place thereof the figure “129,700,888“
