Mr. Lewis, Ms. Flanagan and Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding at the end thereof the following:- "provided that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended on opening two new recovery centers"; and in said item, by striking out the figure "$129,675,888" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$130,675,888"
