Preserving Adult Day Health Programs

Ms. L'Italien, Messrs. Cyr, Eldridge, Montigny, McGee, Humason and O'Connor and Ms. O'Connor Ives moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0601, by adding at the end thereof the following: "provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the executive office of health and human services shall establish payment rates for adult day health programs that are, in the aggregate, not less than $6,000,000 more than was paid for such programs in fiscal year 2017”
