Ms. Forry moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by adding the following: “provided further, that no less than $75,000 shall be expanded for Julie’s Family Learning Program; “ and in said item by striking out the figures “$291,471,283” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$291,546,283".
